Shia LaBeouf’s 'Just Do It' meme originated from a 2015 video titled #INTRODUCTIONS, a collaborative project between the actor and Central Saint Martins art students. The segment features LaBeouf performing a series of short monologues in front of a green screen, with the most famous being an incredibly aggressive motivational speech. Because it was intentionally filmed against a green screen, the internet quickly isolated the clip, superimposing Shia into movies, video games, and everyday scenarios. It is widely used to mock over-the-top motivational speakers or to ironically encourage someone to make a questionable or difficult decision through sheer, loud willpower.
