memeOS leverages advanced artificial intelligence to enhance the meme-making experience. This policy explains how AI is used and the limitations of these technologies.

1. AI FEATURES

The App uses proprietary neural networks for:

- Face Swap & Image Manipulation: Processing facial landmarks to blend images seamlessly.

- Context-Aware Captions: Utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs) to suggest humor based on template context.

- Semantic Search: Understanding the "vibe" of a search query rather than just keywords.

2. NO GUARANTEE OF ACCURACY

AI-generated content is probabilistic. We do not guarantee that AI suggestions will be accurate, appropriate, or funny. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated text and modifications before sharing.

3. ETHICAL BOUNDARIES

You agree not to use our AI tools to:

- Generate "deepfake" content intended to deceive or harm individuals.

- Create non-consensual sexually explicit content (NCII).

- Promote hate speech or illegal activities.

4. DATA PROCESSING

AI processing is performed on secured edge infrastructure. We do not use your personal memes to "train" public foundation models. Your creative data stays within the memeOS privacy boundary.

5. LIABILITY

memeOS is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or misuse of AI-generated outputs.
