With the Twitch category virtually abandoned by legitimate streamers, trolls and 'raiders' began using the section to broadcast prohibited content, including full-length movies like Avengers: Endgame, anime, and even banned adult material, to bypass moderation. This lawless period lasted for several days, turning the Artifact directory into a surreal, 'wild west' hub of internet chaos. The meme is used to reference moments of complete administrative failure, the death of a video game, or the unpredictable nature of internet subcultures when left unsupervised.
