MEME OWNERSHIP

memeOS is built on the philosophy of creator-first expression. This document outlines the ownership structure for content created using our system.

1. CREATOR OWNERSHIP

You, the user, retain full copyright and all other intellectual property rights to the memes and digital assets you originaly create using memeOS. We do not claim ownership over your humor, your curation, or your final exported files.

2. USAGE LICENSE TO MEMEOS

While you own your content, by using the App, you grant memeOS a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

- Host and store your content on our secure servers.

- Process your content using our AI and rendering engines.

- Display your content within the App's ecosystem (e.g., if you choose to share it within a community gallery).

This license is for the sole purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.

3. EXPORTED CONTENT

Once you export a meme from the system, you are free to distribute it on any platform or medium, subject to third-party rights (see Asset Licensing).

4. REVOCATION

If you choose to delete your account, memeOS will cease the usage of your content for future display, although some archival data may persist in backups for a limited period.
